RESCHEDULING
AND CANCELLATION POLICY
BLAKE
& WANG P.A. will try to accommodate rescheduling of telephone
consultations, in-person consultations, and teleseminars, with the
following limitations:
Telephone
Consultations:
Rescheduling:
Allowed with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to us. Telephone
Consultations can only be rescheduled to another designated time, as
provided in the Fee Schedule.
Dropped
Calls and Unavailability: It is your responsibility to be ready for the
telephone consultation 10 minutes before the designated time. Please
provide our staff with a reliable phone number for the consultation.
Telephone Consultations missed due to dropped cell phones or cell phones
without a signal will be rescheduled at the discretion of the consulting
lawyer and may incur additional fees.
Cancellations:
BLAKE & WANG does not allow for cancellation or refunds for
consultations for any reason.

In-Person
Consultations:
Rescheduling:
Allowed with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice to us. In-Person Consultations can only be rescheduled to another designated time, as
provided in the Fee Schedule.
Late
or Missed Appointments: It is your responsibility to be ready for the
In-Person Consultation 10 minutes before the designated time.
Consultations will start on the time specified by B&W staff, and
cannot be extended beyond the 60 minute window due to scheduling of other
consultations.
Cancellations:
BLAKE & WANG does not allow for cancellation or refunds for
consultations for any reason.

Teleseminars:
Rescheduling:

Teleseminars are on a pre-set schedule, so check the Teleseminar Schedule
Booklet for alternate times and dates.
Dropped
Calls and Unavailability: It is your responsibility to be ready for the
teleseminar 10 minutes before the designated time. Please
provide our staff with a reliable phone number for the Teleseminar.
Teleseminars missed due to dropped cell phones or cell phones
without a signal cannot be rescheduled. As a courtesy to other teleseminar
participants, you cannot join a teleseminar late.

Teleseminars for any reason.
